Weight Resistance Class

Kim from the Gym begins a 4-week weight resistance training program at The Mary Kay Vision Center in Pembroke Pines.  The class will focus on teaching women strength training and will be at 7:30 a.m. each Monday from March 21st through April 11th. Cost is $100 for the 4-week program.
